There's nothing quite like the sound of acoustical melodies in a beautiful, open, natural space!

Join us for a fun and casual ukulele sing/play along & nature hike at Deer Creek Hills.

Enjoy Spring among the blue oak woodlands and grasslands - doing an easy hike (3-4 miles) while stopping to play some music and songs along the way!  Bring your ukulele (other instruments welcome) and a song to share (not required), daypack, water, snack/lunch, layers, and sturdy shoes.

Can be damp and muddy, so take precaution when bringing your instrument out.

Rain is welcoming, but cancels the hike. Please check the website Friday evening before to see if event is canceled due to rain.

Please dress appropriate for the forecasted weather; sturdy shoes, cell phone, snacks and water are required. SVC Staff working the event will exchange cell numbers with you, prior to hiking out.

Smoking is prohibited on the preserve.
No dogs allowed, except working service dogs.
Please practice Leave No Trace Ethics; Pack It In - Pack It Out.
