Dry Creek Parkway is a 6-mile corridor in the northern part of Sacramento County near Rio Linda. The trail is a popular spot for hiking through nature and horse-back riding. The area is open year-round from sunrise to sunset with several access points.

The Sacramento Valley Conservancy holds conservation easements on 6 properties, encompassing just over 400 acres of protected lands along the Dry Creek Parkway. SVC does not coordinate public activities on the Parkway, but encourages residents to get out and explore this local resource.
