Woodland Yoga Hike

Please join us on a gentle journey hike focused on “forest bathing” in the blue oak woodlands and grasslands of enchanting Deer Creek Hills Preserve. We will be quietly exploring Nature and forest bathing through mindfulness, yoga, and meditation by inviting participants in group/solo activities and observations during the hike.
The hike will be about 2 to 3 miles long and take around 4 to 5 hours. Bring layered comfortable loose clothing, hiking shoes, hat, a ground cloth (for damp ground), second hand yoga mat, daypack, water, snack/lunch, hand towel, and sunscreen. A journal is suggested.
